I agree with Andrew Clarke's comment of February 13. I also have to say thanks to Sara in Customer Service and SKB. Having had my SKB mixer desk case for nearly 10 years now, I accept that the latches do fail, as with most things as wear and tear. Over that time, a couple of the latches have failed, but on both occasions a simple email to Sara has resulted in a quick response and new latches sent out (and spares) with no issues at no cost to me.
