RecommendedEXCELLENT customer service and warranty... 3 of my (10 year old) SKB cases had worn straps. It happens after 10 years of weekly use. Anyways, I opened a warranty service ticket online, and they emailed me back in a timely manner with an offer to mail replacement parts, OR if I wanted to visit SKB, they would replace the cases (I live in San Diego and chose to drive up to Orange after work on Friday). I've contacted SKB several times about broken latches on my case. They have completely ignored my emails and phone messages.

I currently own 3 SKB cases for my firearms. They may not be the cheapest but the quality surpasses all others in my opinion, especially in deployment zones. Recently I was in the market for a crossbow case and decided to contact SKB. After sending a short message on the contact page, I was immediately contacted by VP of Sports Steve.
