SKB has awesome customer service. I've emailed on two separate occasions needing parts for some cymbal cases and both times they responded promptly and mailed the items very quickly and at an awesome price.

I'm using the SKB CV22W cymbal case for 14 years now, loading it up with up to 10 cymbals (hats, crashes, chinese, splashes). Never one of them got damaged nor the case itself. Now my brand new hardware case DH4216W arrived - can't wait to take it on the road! By far the best case solutions I've ever seen! Keep it up guys!
My SKB case is over ten years has old broken handle and latches contacted customer service and my problem was handle very quickly new handle and latches on the way !!!
I bought a hybrid case about three weeks ago and the seme was coming unstitched...I called customer service and they helped me right away...awesome customer service reps...
Customer service is rubbish; had questions about a case I had as my guitar was getting damaged. Responded once or twice but I couldn't find my receipt so they basically ignored me.
I enjoy the customizable case design. Need to order a new one for my range gear soon. Thanks SKB!
