Outstanding products across the board, but the customer service and warranty division deserve even higher praise. I had a 12-14 year old LP case that had seen better days, the hinges were shot and I contacted the warranty dept. I believe they could have simply fixed my old case but no, I recieved a brand new TSA approved case in return. Above and beyond! Thank you!
SKB cases are unquestionably, the best quality cases money can buy- and priced so reasonable. Best case for the money without a doubt.
Purchased the hybrid 4117 case and it's complete junk. Bow doesn't fit and no scraps. I called to complain and CS won't do anything. Wasted 130.00 now I purchased a legend case.
Let's just say Customer Service SUCKS and there are alot better company's out there BOYT
SKB cases are the best ... l used Anvil (ATA) cases for years but the rotary molded (Roto X) drum cases take protection to the next level
