There are a few companies who I always do business with, not necessarily because of their product alone, but because of their warranty and quality of customer service. SKB is one of those companies. About 10 years ago I purchased a rack unit called the Gig Rig. I've been having issues with the base part of the rack, so I called them up and they said they would replace it no questions asked. Recently purchased an SKB Roto-Molded R series 4909-5 case for work. Best case I've owned and that includes Pelican. Dealt with Jon from SKB when a minor issue arose. Jon was professional and resolved the issue I had expeditiously. From now on, only SKB Roto-Molded R series cases for me.
