I purchased an engagement ring at Skatells – I purchased an engagement ring at Skatell's in Charlotte and couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received or the deal on the ring. There was no pressure to buy out of my budget. There were no extra fees added on the end. The diamond I bought was at a great price and most importantly my fiance loves it. I can't explain how comfortable Mike and Erin made me feel. – I can't explain how comfortable Mike and Erin made me feel as soon as I walked in the door. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and this business is a testament to a hard working, intelligent and passionate team doing what they love every day. Excellent! Mike has been wonderful to work with. My fiance bought my engagement ring from Skatells. We are heading back for your wedding bands and will be back for all of our jewelry in the future! I like that they have outstanding knowledge of their product, are not pushy, friendly and a family owned business! Don't go anywhere but Skatells for your jewelry, especially when it comes to a wedding!!
