The sales women at Skatells Spartanburg are friendly and knowledgeable! They spend time with you on your selections and follow-up. I was able to choose a custom ring mount and the result was beautiful. They helped me order an item from their website to coordinate with another piece. Every time I stop in, complimentary jewelry cleaning, coffee, cookies, and smiles abound.
New customer in Skatells today! Staff was so nice and helpful. Consultant's name was Jeanne, easy for me to remember. She was able to get the backs off the earrings I was wearing with out a problem. How fantastic is that when I cannot feel with my fingers anymore? I will definitely be going back to see this kind lady! Thanks so much!!!!
