This company skate warehouse has very bad management and do not have supervisor to talk person to person , look like only one person works for this company behind the phone as a customer service , and they trick with no return policy ,which 98% of other company they do not charge for return.

I use the online system to purchase clothes. I made two orders because they have the limited weight of orders. Which means that I have to pay the shipping fee twice. However, I got a email that says I have to send back my personal information ( copy of my credit card and personal id). And the reason of this is because I purchase about $300. I got a 20 pound board just red with there logo on the underside I love it it such a good deck just added my own revive style cut griptape and the skatepark thought it was a revive board and can still do kickflips heelflips and shovits boardslides and grinds so thank u
I had ordered and asked to have assembled my new skateboard from here. I was not at all excited to find that multiple parts had been missing or assembled incorrectly. My trucks had been mounted on backwards and my bearing spacers had not been installed either. I was also missing the riser pads I had ordered. If you want a quality, professional service, Skate Warehouse IS NOT the place to go
Best place to get your boards bought 3 from them.. The cheapest prices I think compared to many other companies. Highly recommend this company
