I ordered a new setup for my son. The deck is totally scratched up and the grip tape is ripped I have tried to contact the company last week to see how we can resolve this. I have yet to hear a response. I was very happy with them until I opened the package. Thanks skate warehouse guess ill have to shop local only from now on.

Made my first trip into the warehouse this week. I was impressed to say the least. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have pretty much everything I'll need. Looking forward to many years as a customer. Well done.
