I placed an order on December 3rd believing my order would be received in time for Christmas. My account was charged immediately. After several inquiries online I finally received a shipping confirmation on December 21st. I proceeded to track my item and USPS indicates item was never received by shipper. I order a shirt about three weeks ago, they charged me immediately. I got a confirmation number, but I when I try to track it is show up as an error. I emailed them and gotten no response, I call them but number is disconnected. Unfortunately I’m not the only one. I read some reviews with people having the same issue as me.
Great Customer Service - Swift Response Time !!!
I ordered a hoodie for my son and my debit card was charged immediately. It has been 10 days, no confirmation via email so I decided to go to the website to try and track order. After entering my order number, it says 'wrong/missing order number'. This is not the case, I have a printed receipt in hand. I called the number listed on website; it has been disconnected. First order from italy, I've got it in 4 days. Everything is perfect. Next time i want more stickers��
I ordered a new setup for my son. The deck is totally scratched up and the grip tape is ripped I have tried to contact the company last week to see how we can resolve this. I have yet to hear a response. I was very happy with them until I opened the package. Thanks skate warehouse guess ill have to shop local only from now on.
