Downfall is COST OF SHIPPING TO CANADA. Number one choice for gifts for my son. Delivery to Canada is always very quick. Great Black Friday sale, but shipping is almost the same price as the board he wanted for Christmas.(about $46 Canadian). So many sites have free shipping or very reasonable shipping to Canada. A Black Friday cheap shipping rate to Canada would have been great.(especially considering I spent over $300)

I did order more than 24 hours and I didn't get any confirmation email!! I emailed them back also message on FB but no one reply ..... What should I do? Who should I contact ?? This is my first time and they already disappointed me.
