I used this company three times. I was very happy with them until they installed a unit for my parents. The unit had issues and they could not figure it out. I called another company and 10 mins later the issue was fixed. Now the unit is broken again. Now at 5 years. I was told my 83 year old parents were responsible for registering the unit for a warranty. Wow. Really

Use Skamper multiple times. High Integrity! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable. Don't try to up sell products. Just fix instead of replace if possible. A Tampa company tried to pressure my mother into an $11,000 AC unit with a discount for same day commitment. She wisely did not comply. Scamper repaired it for $250 and it still runs 6 years later!
