They almost wrecked another weekend! AC pump, left the turbo hose unclamped, pop wizzz. Water pump repair... Turbo hose not even connected, had to crawl under the truck to reconnect and put the hose clamp on like it should have been done in the first place! Their gonna hear about it tomorrow. 2013 F 150.

I met and worked with Mike Steffler who sold me a 2013 Edge SEL. it was my first experience with a car salesman in about 100 yrs. and he made the entire experience very successful. He showed me a couple of vehicles before recommending the SEL. I have had a couple minor issues since receiving the vehicle and Mike has been extremely helpful in getting these resolved, even calling me with a service worker with him to speak with me.
