Horrible service department and MECHANICS they put my flat tire back on my car that was CLEARLY flat!!! Then they put 52 pounds of air in the rest of my tires. The MECHANICS DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS AND GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

Ryan Marshall is my sales person and I was there for an oil change on my 2016 Ford Escape. This is my third vehicle from Skalnek Ford. This first one was because of A bet I made on which of the big 3 would win the Daytona 500. Ford won been driving them ever since. Thanks Ryan for all you do.
I have purchased two cars from Ryan Marshall, three from this dealership. The last car was about 1.5 months ago. Last Friday my tire light came on while I was doing errands and I was told by my local gas station that a nail was stuck in it, and because of the location of the nail, it would need to be replaced.
