Called to check prices on having some work done on my Victory. WHEN they answer their phone, the woman I talked to doesn't want to give me a quote, she just wants me to bring it in. When I insist (and I had to insist) she looked up the part cost but not the labor. When I asked about that, she got all butt-hurt that I wanted her to look that up as well. I will NEVER bring my bike here for work and I will certainly never buy anything from them. They treat their customers like crap. Mt. Hood Polaris is a little out of the way, ... read more
Not sure this place is interested in staying in business. They do not answer the phone and if they do you are immediately placed on ignore and know one comes back. They don't return your calls either so don't fall for that one. I paid for a service agreement they are refusing to honor by not performing or scheduling service. Don't buy or attempt service from SK Northwest go somewhere else.
Chris was amazing, tried to get 2 skidoos at a local competitor and we got the cold shoulder. Called sk northwest Tuesday morning@ 1030 and by 11 I had 2 ski doo sparks in the colors I wanted loaded, deal done and ready for pickup all over the phone! Will be doing more business in the future!!!
Avoid this business. Have multiple issues with this business. Left several messages for Shaun to return my call. To no avail
Took my 2015 Pro RMK 800 in to get my oil pump turned up. Factory set up is to lean. The mechanics told me there was no way to adjust the oil flow. I've seen online videos saying/showing different. Service counter said it was good to go. I called fun country power sports in The Dalles, they told me it's about 10/15 minutes to manually adjust it. I guess I will be driving 2 hours for a 15 minute fix.
As a business owner, I'd fire your lead Polaris mechanic, his attitude and behavior toward the customer who pays his paychecks is unacceptable. I've have purchase several units from sk, one being a 14 rmk pro. In two years and 4 stops in service they still are unable to fix my bog problems. Pretty sad when I have to drive 1000 miles to Idaho to a real shop to do business.
Great parts and service departments. Sales department ok but needs to be a little more professional.
