I'm generally not a person to make a public complaint about a company but we just had to cancel our entire Labor Day weekend reservations because of the service department at SK Northwest & Polaris of Portland. I fully realize that it's the middle of summer and there are probably tons of people who need their skis and boats serviced. However, we made an appointment for August 15th and were told the repair would be done by the next weekend. They have a huge selection of brands and models to choose from as well as a impressive parts department to support your needs. This has definitely been one of the best buying experiences I have had. This dealership was amazing! Just bought a RZR yesterday. From start to finish, it was simple as pie. Chris made the buying experience great and Jasen in finance made the paperwork a breeze. 5/5 highly recommend.
