I scheduled an appointment and the office was very efficient at charging me immediately. Unfortunately, that same level of efficiency was nowhere to be found when it came to actually providing care. Two days before my appointment, I received an email stating that my appointment had not been confirmed because a pre-appointment form had not been completed. Dr. G is great! He is super kind and easy to talk to. We are both first generation american, which make it easy for him to understand my experiences and give great advice. Definitely recommend Dr. G and his office if you are considering going to a psychiatrist.
Dr.G is great at what he does. Gives you hope and isn’t a pill pusher. One of the few doctors left that actually provide therapy to their patients. Works late nights which makes finding an appointment very easy. 4 stars for his practice admin who has no compassion. I notified Dr G at my appointment that I would take nearly two months off due to insurance lapse but would be back. 1 star rating for poor communication and scheduling process only. NOT the medical care or team. I will happily update this rating if I can speak to someone and be seen. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for about a month. You cannot actually speak to someone when you call the number. You must leave a message and wait for someone to call you back.
