Day 3 now of no heat or hot water. I cant take a shower or do dishes and my poor cats are freezing. I dont like being dirty or taking cold showers and I'm forced to suffer and take cold showers. I will be filing in court soon for this. When I first moved in. I was told everything was in working condition. For the first month my bathtub didn't drain at all and I had to shower in disgusting biohazardous waste from other people who lived here before me. Terrible place, will be calling ice new 4 anyone I can to ruin this place slum lords with no legal workers.
Do not rent from these people unless you are in dire straights. They will lie to you about everything to get you in the door. They will become completely unresponsive to repair requests and inquiries and if you do hear from them they will lie about what was promised even in the face of proof.
Frank Torres rated a 5 star he is the maintenance man. This place does not even deserve a 1 star. Slumlords.they do not fix anything ever. They are crooks.....dirty bug infested Trash and rats.... Frank does not finish jobs and he is as bad as Alexis. Niagra falls.want to ride the trash. Fine then and get them out..
