I take all my kids to see Dr Harris he is very thorough and if you want certain things done he will help get referrals and labs right away. Very awesome doctor barely any wait time.
When you call no one answers !!!
An hour wait with no other patients in the waiting room, just for a 10 minute discussion where it felt like the doctor was asking me if she was giving the right meds, and then an hour of waiting cuz one of the ladies up front forgot about me. This is a joke when it comes to service. Edit 2/10/2024: Just went to ER just to find out the doctor here gave me something I didn't need and ordered ear drops that no one ever gets. Thanks for that.
Terrible customer service. Came in early for my appointment, there are people in line ahead of me, there's staff but not acknowledging anyone, until after the 8 min I had gotten in line just to say, I promise she's coming back. Then finally a couple more minutes here comes the check in lady, it's now 8:35. So I had to do lab work, I came back and notified the receptionist and nurse that I completed labs and need to schedule a visit for results.
