Im concern mental health of front desk clerk. If you complete paper work 20 mins before appointment they cancel appoinment 👀. Front desk clerks give you mental note: mental health is real people. The woman in front Hispanic with short curly black hair is incompetent and she will cancel your appointment even if you arrive early 👀, provide her with paperwork before your appointment date and she will CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT! I WAS WATCHING HER SHE FAIL! REMOVE INCOMPETENT STAFF!
I would like to leave a comment about the front desk service. On several occasions, I have noticed that the receptionist with short, curly hair has a very rude and arrogant attitude toward patients. During my last visit, she even raised her voice and told me I wasn’t in the program, when I actually was — she just didn’t check properly.
