I went in during an awkward, growing-my-hair-out phase and left with a much cooler, cuter style than I'd even hoped for without losing length where I didn't want to. My stylist, and everyone I interacted with, was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. (I'm not a usual salon-goer, so I've had experiences in other salons where I have felt weird and dumb for not really knowing the flow. Not the case here.) Definitely will go back when I need another cut.
