Very great Complex I have been living here since June of last year, I can say that I am very impressed with the people in the office and the property itself. They keep the area nice and clean, the pool is beautiful, and if you have dogs their dog park is very spacious. So far I have had no issues, and I definitely would recommend living here.

Do not move here This place was recently renovated, so it does LOOK better than it did. But the place is absolute garbage. The gates are always broken, lots of crime (I literally got an email a couple weeks ago informing the residents of the SECOND shooting in the complex THIS MONTH) Maintenance staff is horrible, it took them 6 months to put a lock on the door on my patio (luckily I’m not on the first floor!!)

Not for me all amenties are under construction, gate is broken most of the time so it will stay open day and night, parking is first come first serve so its always hard to find good parking after work, sketchy neighborhood, constant car break-in. Overall, terrible experience

Crime Filled Neighborhood I did find some value in my apartment - rent is significantly lower than the Austin median. They are not only pet friendly, but there are no weight or breed restrictions. Unfortunately, these pros seem insignificant when I weighed them against the cons of living here and I ended up breaking my lease to move to a safer area. Overpriced and not worth it I wanted this place to be better. I pay way to much for the quality of this apartment. The rent shown is just the base rent, after all the fees and cable expect to pay another $100 on the rent. Everything is falling apart and no matter how many times pest control comes there are roaches everywhere. With the construction on 183, there is constantly dust inside the apartment even though I don’t open any windows or hardly go outside. DO NOT! Worst Experience Ever! I moved into the apartment from out of state, with a broken garbage disposal that did not work, a new stove with no plug and didn't realize It until I went to use it for the first time after a month of being there. My first shower in the bathtub, water filled the bathroom floor coming from underneath the tub in which I had to wait 2 days before a work order was completed. Travis Station Travis Station apartments are older complexes that have been maintained through the years. They have 1,2,3, and 4 bedrooms apartment and varying floor plans. They are convenient to shopping, grocery stores and gasoline. The prices are in line with current rental properties.
Travis Station Review The apartment complex sits on the edge of east Austin. Just outside the apartment is a bus stop that will take you into the heart of downtown Austin and The University of Texas at Austin. It is a quiet complex and is well maintained by the staff. This summer the pool, gym, and laundry room all got updates. They even installed a new gas grill next to the pool in addition to the many grills located throughout the complex.
