My previous experiences at this restaurant were okay. The food was great but the service was always slow. After the experience I had tonight, I will not be back. I asked for the steak salad without eggs, as I am allergic to eggs. The server suggested I have the chicken parmesan instead. When I asked to speak to the manager he agreed, they could not take the egg away from the salad. He listed a number of reasons why they couldn't do it; none made sense. I will not return. I've never had a restaurant experience like this.
Not ever coming back. Service is horrid and the waitress isn't writing down orders so she keeps bringing out the wrong food! Been waiting for my lunch for an hour!!!

Love the food and staff. We tend to eat on the bar side over the restaurant side. I have always had a good meal here, very consistent. The only drawback is the food is sometimes slow coming out from the kitchen. However the amazing beer cheese soup and drinks help pass that time.
They have the best bacon wrapped dates. The service was terrific and the atmosphere was very friendly and homey feeling. Delicious.
