terrible food raw eggs hard as a rock biscuit and terrible service

There is no excuse only the explanation that we failed to follow our customary procedures so this type of thing doesn't happen. Food and service was terrible. Wont eat there again.
They have boring food that's very overpriced. The place has a depressing vibe. It feels like home to 90 year old chain smokers who hate people.

Food was Great...just disappointed that they don't honor what they advertise online. We showed it to the server, he said they stopped doing it. Did comp a dessert. Simply put, if you have a special online honor it!

Great food, great waiter and mgmt checked on us several times - even serving water!
