Had no problems here. Brit takes good care of the apartments and they are cheap, especially for the location. Water heater broke once, it was replaced the next day.

Contacted them multiple times over a month with absolutely 0 information back. The only thing I could ever get out of a call is someone saying “Brit Howard will contact you when he’s available”. They will answer no questions aside from that.

Easily the best renting experience I ever had. I lived there for 3 years and have no complaints. I felt very lucky to have found the place. Brit is a great landlord who quickly responds to texts and doesn't try to squeeze you for money. He doesn't increase rent every year. One time I lost my key and wasn't charged anything for a new one. There is also a 5 day grace period to pay your rent each month, and the late fee is a very reasonable $20. I also got my entire security deposit back! I called and left messages over half a dozen times for weeks concerning availability of units here, and, although the workers on the phone helped as much as they could, the landlord seemingly refuses to make any contact back and with no explanation or other way to make contact. I see much of the same along with apparent discrimination in many of others' experiences here.
