We booked a car for vacation in June 2025..found out in April we had to reschedule our vacation for August. We got in contact with sixt to cancel the original date and reschedule our rental for the new one. They insisted on charging us a $100 cancelation fee! We will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone
Everyone was very polite. Received an upgrade because my vehicle wasnt available
We rented to go to a funeral in Florida. Sixt took care of all our needs. The manager at CVG rental was very professional and compassionate.
Customer service during pickup was fast and friendly with no issues but the vehicle was dirty inside. It appeared there was no attempt at vacuuming or wiping down the interior.
