Car was dirty and the tank was only 3/4 full after they assured me to that the tank would be full and that I would be responsible for bringing it back on a full tank. The car was dropped off after hours and I received 2 emails that was car was never dropped off. It was parked in the 4th slot of their assigned SIXT parking area in the Weston hotel garage. Lacking and incompetent customer service all around.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!! SCAMMMM! OR MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY INCH OF THE CAR BECAUSE YOU RETURN THE CAR IN PRISTINE CONDITION AND THEN A FEW WEEKS LATER THAT YOU OWE $780 IN DAMAGES! This review is not about Sixt's rental services, but about one of their employees, Marc Randolph, and the conduct Sixt appears willing to tolerate. On 10/2/2023 in Gardena, Marc Randolph made an improper left turn in front of oncoming traffic when he did not have the right of way, resulting in a serious collision. My 11‑year‑old son died from his injuries. Our 9‑year‑old daughter, who was also in the car, had to be extricated from the vehicle and sustained two broken bones in her left wrist. I was not informed of a one way fee when I rented a car in Cinci and was returning it to Atlanta. To my surprise, I was charged an additional 900$. Had I known, I would have canceled the reservation and used Hertz who was $1000 cheaper. I have now been fired because of this and Sixt could care less. Welcome to the corporate world. Would avoid sixt entirely as I wont ever use again.

Avoid SIXT -- especially Honolulu location. I rented a car from December 12-16 and returned it in the same condition I received it. The agent who checked the car at drop‑off explicitly said everything was good to go. Yet, days later, I was suddenly told I'm responsible for "damage" to the car door -- damage that absolutely did not exist during my rental period and was never mentioned during the return inspection.
