My wife's uncle has gotten dementia, it's been hard on her. Six Rivers property management has made it harder. Even though my wife has legal Durable power of attorney they have taken it upon themselves to call adult services and the sheriff's office because they are worried she is taking advantage of him. She is not, and this harassment is unfounded. What terrible people, making a hard thing worse. Quit holding up his rent money, your way behind paying him and he needs the money for his care. You lack empathy
They will keep your security deposit, no matter what you do, so plan accordingly. They never put in any maintenance, except where required by law, e.g. smoke alarms. Rented a place for 9 years from them, and they continually raised the rent by as much as possible under California law without putting in any effort to keep it up to date. Long story short, they are slumlords and crooks.
I needed a rental fast and they processed my application and got me into it in less than 48 hours. Amazing!

I took great care of my property, didn't receive my full deposit back after 2 years of renting. Their itemized report charged me for things I got cleaned for them. Their Bayside Apartments have BLACK MOLD in multiple locations around the facility, they dont fix this issue. It is a huge safety biohazard.
