I applied for one of their properties on May 7th, I only got an emailed response back on May 27th AFTER I called and left a message requesting a follow up to my application. As the date of this review, I have not gotten a refund for my application fee. EDITED TO ADD: Of course the reponse to this review is in regards to my application rejection when my review is based on the process taking almost 3 weeks and the terms of agreement not being met. Please take heed to places that conduct business like this.
The Six Degrees team is awesome— they're on the ball with the listings, showings, and staging it took to get eyes on my property in the market, and then extremely helpful on the negotiations, paperwork, and closing details required to get it sold. I'd recommend the help of Katy and Stephanie on any buying or selling of houses in Louisville.
