On numerous occasions the phone goes unanswered, voicemails were left many times and the calls are not being returned. Made several complaints about this to no avail. Very disappointed as a long time Costco member to be receiving this unprofessional mind of service. Will escalate this with Costco management
Myself and 2 daughters (ages 8 & 3 ) had our first appointment with Dr.Chong today and had the best experience. Everyone in that office was so wonderful and amazing with my kids. He really took his time and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend him!
This place is Amazing! The front receptionists are so pleasant and friendly and really make you feel welcome. Dr. Chong himself is the most professional and thorough optometrist I've ever met. I've worn classes for the past 28 years and I've never been more impressed. I'm so thankful we found you. I brought my daughters there and they received the same exact treatment. Keep up the great work and thank you again. I highly recommend you come here if you need any eye testing done. 10/10!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chong's for almost 15 years and I have always looked forward to seeing him. He is thorough, thoughtful, and articulate and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist.
