The Fleming Island location is super clean and the staff was beyond helpful and polite. The cupcakes were amazing!!! YUMMY!

So today was my first time in Sivada's and I am SOLD! My friend Kim told me to go get a free cupcake for my birthday and I got the cheesecake flavor. Like heaven in my mouth!!! These were the most moist cupcakes ever. Hands down. I heard from my friend that they will also do mini cupcakes for parties, etc. You are now my favorite bakery!!!! Thanks!

Went to the Fleming Island location with a book club and the cupcakes were AMAZING! German chocolate cupcake was great! So moist and delicious the icing was to die for!!!! Their coffee was great too! The staff at the Fleming island location was very accommodating for our group of about 15. They were so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time!
