My family went to Avondale (we love it there) for the Lighting of Avondale and on our way to leave found this place and purchased their last two cupcakes. Most store bought cupcakes are pretty but too sweet, too much frosting, always look better than they taste but Sivada's is definitely the exception to that rule. We came back to Avondale to play in the park and have lunch at Mellow Mushroom and we stopped back by for cupcakes. Once again they were selling out and it was barely 2 pm. Went into the Fleming location today for the first time and tried the pumpkin spice cupcake. It was so yummy!!! The cake was moist and flavorful and the icing was not to sweet or over the top. I think found my new addiction.
