Best cupcakes in Jacksonville
I come all the way from the Northside to get your cupcakes. They are so delish and like no other. The Strawberry Cheesecake is my go to always, but today I had the Pumpkin Spice for fall... oh my word, scrumptious!!!!! I have not had one favor disappoint me yet!
My favorite cupcakes ever! Visit them often! Always fresh and every flavor I have tried was Amazing!
You can’t go wrong. Every cupcake is delicious. But our family favorites are strawberry cheesecake, wedding cake & Birthday cake. No matter what side of town you live on...the deliciousness of these cupcakes is definitely worth the drive. Get in your car now ❤️f

We’ve been buying Sivada’s Cupcakes for ten years for birthdays and special celebrations. We are so happy to continue the tradition with our son!!! Alex and his team are sweet enough to make these small cakes for our family celebrations. We love supporting small business and this is one of our favorites. PS: all the cupcake flavors are amazing, but wedding cake, black tie, and the vanilla cheesecake are superlative!
Best cupcakes in town, the filled ones are the best. He is offering franchises and it is the best deal around, go in bake sell and your out of there by 3-4 o'clock and once they try they will come back. Come on Fernindina someone has to give the people these awesome sweets and cupcakes are the thing to have for your wedding. A very happy customer
Suuuuper yummy! The cake is moist and fluffy, icing isn't over powering and delicious flavors. The atmosphere/decor isn't much inside the bakery, but the cupcakes are totally worth every calorie. I would chose these cupcakes over publix ANY day!
Such a charming little cupcakery in Avondale! My husband and I have had a sweet tooth since our trip to Chicago and a visit to a famous bakery. We tried a bunch of bakeries in the Jax area but weren’t satisfied, until we tried Sivadas!! We had the creme brûlée and strawberry and we both had little heart eyes 😍 Sooo moist and flavorful. The owner was super nice and welcoming as well. Can’t wait to have more of your cupcakes!!
