Should have Six stars
Dr Siva himself has been wonderful at treating my Crohn's. The young girl on the front desk has been helpful given how new she is. That is where the good stops. The self proclaimed Office Manager / Owner who was rude, abrupt, hung up on me twice when I tried to ask a question and clarify why I was getting a phone call was beyond my comprehension of a reasonable person. felt like there was no care, the doctor was quite rude and treated me as if i was incompetent at some points, not answering questions or listening to why i was there. I'm not usually good with doctors and this didn't help. at my last visit, i brought my dad, and the second he asked a question it was like a switch was flipped, he suddenly was very chatty. they also told my doctor that they were putting me on medication, but they never did, prolonging and causing more damage. i don't ever want to go back.
