Had a kitchen sink leak and maintenance - Scotty Mauai was prompt in addressing the issue, ordered the new parts needed and got me squared away in no time.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK SCOTTIE OUR AWESOME MAITENENCE DUDE FOR COMING TO MY HOUSE ON A SATURDAY TO HELP WITH MY TOILET ISSUES I HAD ... EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT MANDATORY THAT HE COME OUT FOR A CLOGGED TOILET BECAUSE WE HAVE 2 BATHROOMS BUT MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED AND CANT GET IN THE OTHER BATHROOM COMFORTABLY SO I REALLY DO APPRECIATE HIM COMING TO FIX THIS ISSUE FOR ME ALSO THE OTHER REQUEST I ASK OF HIM HE COMES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHICH IS AMAZING AND DOES A GREAT JOB HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US HERE THANKS 😊
My family and I really enjoy staying at Sitka Heights. The location is very convenient for us, Rose the manager is always helpful, kind and welcoming. She makes our experience better. We’re happy here!
