Property Manager Rose is very nice and very accommodating. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent.

Fell in love with these apartments when my daughter and I first toured. We compared all others to Sitka Heights when looking and nothing came close. Management, Rose, has been wonderful and made the move easy. We look forward to our time here however long it is.
We love our new place. We just moved here in July and had some issues with the shower leaking. Scotty from maintenance worked so hard to diagnose the issue, figured it out and got it done. They’re super cool here and we’re so glad we moved away from WGV to Sitka heights. They actually care to solve the issues instead of brushing it under the rug. Thanks Scotty for all the help!
Rose and the maintenance crew are awesome. My power was out in 2 rooms and I called and they came right away to work on it…i had to leave but I came home to it all fixed n working perfectly :) I’m really thankful I got this place and can live in peace with nice neighbors and nice staff
