Very Happy to have found a SiteOne store, and in Newbury Park too, very close to my home, that was able to locate a 10ft Hasegawa tripod ladder for orchard pruning at a West Coast store nearby for me! (I had been to 5 different stores, SiteOne and other hardware stores, to look for this brand of ladder. Drove everywhere, more than 140miles total, but couldn't find it.) Samuel, the store manager of SiteOne in Newbury Park, called other SiteOne stores in Southern Calif, and found a Hasegawa tripod ladder at the Site One Palmda... read more
As a DIY guy I sometimes feel that I don't belong in a pro shop like Smith's Pipe. Happy to say that Samuel at Site One was very helpful when I needed Superior parts for a sprinkler system.
