To be honest this Site one on Lovell Rd is by far the worst Site one I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service half of the staff is extremely rude. They act like they’re entitled to something like they are better than me especially Robert,Jeff and Steve. Sterling, on the other hand, which is the new branch manager is so awesome. Skylar in the rock and mulch department is absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable and an expert equipment operator will definitely be back.
The dumbest place to make a delivery. The workers are very slow. The workers speak very rudely. The third part of the trailer was unloaded for 5 hours. They spend more time on the phone than working.

Zero Stars Avoid SiteOne Landscaping Supply at All Costs Absolutely horrendous experience. I purchased $1,000 worth of rock and had the receipt and the bank transaction to prove it. I knkw thats not a big purchase for thrm, but its big to me. SiteOne still tried to hold my order hostage, claiming it hadn’t been paid for.
