To be honest this Site one on Lovell Rd is by far the worst Site one I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service half of the staff is extremely rude. They act like they’re entitled to something like they are better than me especially Robert,Jeff and Steve. Sterling, on the other hand, which is the new branch manager is so awesome.
