A premier national Cancer Center. 40% of the patients participate in advance trials and are receiving the most advanced therapies.
Nurses great but management of facility is lacking. they like to blame the computers but their pt flow needs work. treatment yesterday, yes it's holiday time but we spent 2+ hours waiting for treatment then another hour waiting for meds. absolutely nothing in waiting room, no TV, no magazines, no newspapers. a 4/5 he day end up being a 7/8 he day. exhausting. not good for pt. hope they are listening.
Thank you to all of the nurses and doctors! Everyone we encountered (EVERYONE!!!) was so wonderful during my mother's stem cell collection and transplant procedures. You are so very appreciated!!!
A Great Network, I have received services at Siteman Cancer Center Midtown, North County and the South County Locations, I am looking forward to the New Siteman Location in Shiloh Illinois. My Urologist and Oncologist are both on Staff with Siteman Cancer Center I Salute Arnold Bullock and Bruce Roth. A Penile Implant and Lupron Injection Treatment for Advanced Cancer. CYNTHIA MOON treated me absolutely horrible today when I went in to get an abscess on my breast looked at. I walked out of there in tears after the way she talked to me and made me feel,because I didn't have insurance. I can only imagine how she makes poor cancer patients feel who don't have insurance. you ma'am do not need to be in medicine with your horrendous bed side manner and lack of empathy for people who come to you for help.
