I called the help desk because somehow my MyChart got mixed up with my wife’s MyChart. I called and waited 20 minutes and no answer. I had to take another call so I called back waited almost 30 minutes before someone answered. I told them that our MySpace accounts somehow got switched. They hung up on me. I have 4 appointments this week and not sure of the times. So now I have to call each department individually and I have no idea how long that will take.

The best place to go if you have cancer the doctors are the best and they really care about you and what you are going through the people at the infusion center are absolutely wonderful.

The radiology techs who performed my MRI were amazing! I tend to pass out with IV administration but they were very efficient and comforting. I also was in and out before my scheduled appointment time.

Perforated my esophagus, radiology did not see the perforation. I got sepsis and cancer spread through my whole body which they did not catch due to not doing PET scans and only CT scans swearing they would be able to see everything through CT. They have failed me and caused me to be stage 4 terminal cancer at 28 years old. Just because it is a large hospital does not mean it is better
