Staff is always friendly great service went back for a second pair of glasses
We went in to have my friend's glasses repaired, since one of the nose pieces fell off. Guy went into the back & not only replaced the missing nose piece, but also tightened the glasses since the arms were wobbly. We didn't even ask him to do that! My friend said that her glasses fit even better than before! Super friendly & honest staff - highly recommend! :)
I had a great experience at Site for Sore Eyes Glass Repair Shop! Even though they didn’t have the specific part needed to fix my glasses, they still took the time to check them out and do what they could. Their willingness to help, even without the exact part, really stood out and showed their dedication to customer service. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
SPECTACULAR service - from Dr. Lam’s very professional and meticulously thorough eye exam, to Ilian’s beautiful customer service and keen eye for details - they genuinely care about their customers, and I am so glad I found them!
