Best quality – I was looking for a frame with is affordable as well as fashionable, thanks to (Site for Sore Eyes) . who made my search easy. My special thanks to Joseph and Gunjan for helping me to select a very good frame at a affordable price and with a best quality.
Patiently helped me – I came here to get my first set of contacts. The store and doctors seem like they are always pretty busy, so getting an appointment is always a good idea. I was running late for my appointment but it still only took about 5 minutes of waiting time. They also take walk-ins, but you will probably need to wait 30 minutes or more. Love their service – The couple who runs/owns this store are really hard working and patient. True, they are not a corporate machine, but that's ok with me. The glasses are much more affordable than my old optometrist and the doctor is very friendly and helpful... Personally, I will stick with them because I love their service. Julia is so very patient and helpful and Dr. Woo really communicates with you to be sure she fulfills your needs.
Amazing place .
Really good – Was there several times to get my eyes looked at and my glasses ordered. The customer service was really good and Dr. Gareth was very friendly. They really helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looked good on my face, and they weren't that expensive.
Excellent – I was in the market for a new pair of glasses. My first stop was Lens Crafters because they were the ones that i received a coupon for in the mail. When i walked into the store there was no one there to help me. After looking around for a bit i decided there was nothing in the store that i wanted. Then I went to Eye Definition in the mall.
