You've got to be kidding – I can't believe that after spending 250.00 on perscription glasses that it was infered that if I wanted quality glasses I should have spent more money after I had been in twice to have my glasses repaired in two years. I was also told that two years was dated for glasses. When it can to having them repaired I heard every escuse as to what the status of the repair was, from "well thier in the mail and you know how the postal system is (after 2 weeks) or they have to search for a new armiture for you... read more
super snotty service! – The prices and selection are good enough to keep me coming back, but man oh man! is the service sub par! Similar to the typical Starbucks employee, the employees at SFSE seem bitter and act as if they are too good for their jobs. I just had to practically hang up on an incredibly snotty woman at the West Portal location. Please folks, ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU HATE YOUR JOB!!!!
