The concept is great. But this company fails again and again. Technology doesn’t work if you can’t back your product. The tech department has very high turnover and cannot help you out in the event of a problem. They simply don’t know their own product. On top of that, management really doesn’t care. They state all the great applications for their product but do very little to ensure its quality. Too bad. The concept works, but the delivery is simply not there.
No one in this company gets back to you we got ours last year and they didn’t work a tech guy came out and said yes where we work they would have a hard time we sent them back and the man that we dealt with won’t get back to us at all no one gets back to you only get invoices emailed of course
