Be very cautious dealing with Site 2020 or Precor Property Management. They’re operated by the same people, and a quick Google search will show serious concerns about their practices, including renovictions based on questionable or outright false reasons. CBC has published two separate articles highlighting their treatment of tenants. Personally, I would never do business with a company that treats people this way.
