If you're looking into renting one of Sitco's properties DO NOT DO IT. When I tell ya'll that this was genuinely the worst experience I've had dealing with a property management company. Well they've only owned the building my family has lived in since 1989 for a few months, and I already hate them. The San Fernando Valley is a hot place to live, most of our summers are over 100 degrees, recently getting as high as 118 or 120. Obviously this means everyone is running their AC units, problem is the AC units in this old building aren't up to the task required.
