Awesome experience. When we first got there, there were no cars in the lot and we were afraid that was a bad sign. But, they don't open for dinner until 5 & they filled up quickly while we were eating our meal. This is def our new fav Indian spot!
I went to Sitar for the first time today (Chattanooga), and really enjoyed it. The food was very flavorful. I'd love to order off the menu, though - I ate from the Sunday lunch buffet. Next time I go, I believe I shall. While the buffet gives one a mixture of items, it's difficult to keep everything warm at all times. So, while the food was good, much of it was lukewarm. The menu has many items I'd love to try - mainly the lamb and goat dishes. I'll definitely be back for those!
