This Indian food Buffet has been in existience for at least as long as I've lived in Knoxville. I think the building was an old Captain D's. The available dishes are limited and I fear not as spicy and flavorful as traditional Indian fare and the spice factor may have been dialed down for the locals. In any case, it's a decent place to get some "rapidly prepared" mostly-authentic Indian food in a pinch.
I am completely addicted! A week without Saag is a bad week, indeed!
