Dr. Paul Leong and his staff are simply terrific. He is very warm, caring, and compassionate and has been absolutely terrific, as has his staff. He takes plenty of time to explain the procedures, what to expect, and to assure me that everything would look natural. I am just delighted with the results of my face and neck lift surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Leong to my friends and family. I am an extremely pleased patient!
I have been a patient at several of Dr. Leong's facilities; the offices are very attractive, clean and professional looking. The staff has been very helpful and professional. I find Dr. Leong to be very knowledgeable and up to date with new techniques. Most importantly, he takes the time to discuss my needs and addresses my fears. I never feel rushed when discussing the procedures and the price. I am very pleased with all my treatments; I never look overdone.
Dr. Leong is the epitome of professional. He is very knowledgeable and is always current on the latest procedures, research, and products used in the cosmetic industry. Dr. Leong is an exceptional communicator about cosmetic procedures. He spent a great deal of time with me discussing what my expectations were and what products would best meet those expectations. I went to see Dr. Leong about under-eye fillers. During the consultation, Dr. Leong spent a great deal of time with me talking about the benefits, risks, and what to expect from the treatment. He did a terrific job of setting realistic expectations. The procedure itself was quick and pain-free. As expected, there was bruising: substantial on the first 2 days, and then mild (almost unnoticeable) for the next 2 weeks. Dr.Leong and his staff are great. They take time to explain various procedures. There is no pressure to do things that are not in your comfort zone. Dr.Leong takes his time and asks your input at various stages in procedures. I would highly recommend him to anyone hesitant to have facial procedures. He does terrific work and you leave feeling better than when you walked in!
My first visit I brought a Groupon and have been going ever since. I keep up with Botox or Dysport for the lines between my eyes and Restylane for the tear troughs. I just love the way I look so I keep up with it. Dr. Leong is so friendly and genuinely interested in my thoughts and my plans. He gives his undivided attention and never rushes me for a decision on what I want to have done. But next I do want to have my lips done.
Dr. Leong is what you always hope for in a cosmetic surgeon - he is an artist. He knows when to suggest a procedure and when it's not right for you. He's honest and gentle and kind. Dr. Leong and his staff are the best. He is very educated, all my questions were answered, all the risks were explained. I never felt I was hurried through my appointments and there was absolutely no pressure to have anything done, it was all totally my decision. Dr. Leong is one of the kindest doctors I have ever known.
