I had a PFT done there, this past Thursday. I'm still waiting for the results to be sent to my doctor, who is in the Catholic Health Network, from my understanding. The only other issue I have, is one of the hospital's workers, ended up hitting my partner's car with her hand., considering we were in it and leaving the hospital, at the time. We both witnessed her doing it. We don't know why though, but it was unprofessional.

My dad was here for 6 days and it was a very frustrating experience. Several days he was allowed nothing by mouth only to be told in the evenings that there would be no procedure that day. Honestly her lack ... read more

My experience at Sister’s with my Dad was horrendous. From the ER to the ICU the care he received was awful. The doctor’s had no sense of urgency in his treatment, communication was terrible, the hospital was dirty, once he ended up in ICU the nurses there were cold and insensitive regarding end of life decisions. Wish I had gone with my gut feeling and transferred him on Day 1 to another facility.

Business response:

Carol, I'm very sorry to learn of your recent experience at Sisters Hospital. This review certainly does not reflect our dedication to quality patient care and we would like to address these concerns with you. Please reach out to our patient representative at (716) 862-1390.
