I like the ambience and the customer service, and I don't like that they put the coffee in thermos containers for you to pump your own. Containers are empty half the time and coffee isn't as fresh.

Hey Cathy! Our coffee is brewed every 30 minutes in half pots so that they are always fresh. We also offer pour overs and french press made to order! Our coffee is always fresh and roasted daily, sorry for the misunderstanding.

The first place I go for coffee when I arrive in Sisters. ☕️
I don't usually respond or comment on places but I had to here. This is my favorite coffee house west of the Mississippi. Whenever our family travels through Sisters, we make it a point to stop there. After a weary backpack trip, to eat breakfast and play some checkers, or a day in the snow and warming up by the huge rock fireplace afterward with our favorite drink. When I can't be there I have my red Sisters Coffee mug to drink from at home. Thank you SCH!
