Easy and convenient storage rental from day one and great communication between facility and myself. Unfortunately cannot get less then one star. First, I was keeping an RV parked in the lot. It was moved without my permission to another part of the lot. A part where all the water ran into and flooded and caused damage to my RV. I did not realize it until I moved it off the lot months later. I had no proof and when I called them to discuss they offered nothing. Second, someone cut my lock off my rental unit, management replaced it without telling me which per their policy they were supposed to. So I did not know for two mon... read more
