Friendly faces – Finally a genuinely friendly place in Fanuiel Hall! On my most recent visit, both the staff and patrons were more than welcoming and cheery. Their commonly pretty bar staff was uncommonly friendly and cool. Even the (apparent) manager came over just to introduce himself and say hi. What a great place to hang out after work, and into the evening hours. By the time we left, my afterwork crowd was joined by quite a few pretty ladies (making leaving that much harder) Food was actually good too.
One Armed Drummer spins House! – A bar is a function of its patrons, thus in the Kitchen Aid of life, what do you get with? 2 Parts girls in acid washed jeans, butt wigglin to radio techno. 1 Part Curly Haired Irish dude, break dancing in a Coogi sweater (ala Theo Huxtable). 1 Part drunken female dancing to some other beat (one can only hope it was a far better song than the hard charging dance beat pumping throughout the Sissy's).
