We are incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Dr. Kassabian regarding the care of our 16-year-old son. From the start, she was more focused on rushing through a checklist than providing the thorough care our son needed. Lacking thorough examination or thoughtful analysis of his symptoms — just a quick, impersonal process that felt more like a money grab than genuine care. Dr.Kassabian gave us peace of mind as she spoke with confidence and knowledge. We are still waiting on answers but she is being very thorough. Very good bedside manner.
Dr. Kassabian was dismissive regarding our child's health and diagnosis.
