Disappointed..twice- I went there after being told how great it was and boy was I disappointed! The food tasted like what you'd get at a hospital. The service was just ok, when I asked for a piece of meat at the slicing station..they gave me the thinest piece possible..could probably have seen the wall through it. Today's experience for dinner around 7PM was the worst buffet I have had in a long time. Baked potatoes had cooked for so long under their lamps that they were dark brown inside and disgusting. We told the waitress who checked with her Manager. They took them out but told us it would be another hour to get fresh ones. Bacon in the salad bar was real, but looked like 2 days old. Great price, food and service – For the price you get good tasting food and great service. We eat here at least weekly because we love their meatloaf, roast, vegetables, desserts and I love their breakfast with all its fruit and variety of egg dishes. Our waitress Debra is always friendly and gets our drinks and refills quickly. We eat out daily at expensive and cheap places and for us to come back here week after week means we've found food and service we really like.
Yuck – I have never been so disgusted! Dirty, smelly place with the most inedible food ever. I wished I had gone to McDonald's instead, and I hate McDonalds. I was pregnant and craving EVERYTHING. Perfect choice- right? WRONG. I am so sorry to my uborn child. Geez! Never again. I get ill just thinking about it. My husband said we needed a shower after being in here too. Just awful. Nice server, though, she was great.
GREAT!!!!!! – For the price this place is awesome. for all of you complaining about dirty tables.....this place is busy busy busy. The wait staff is excellent. The Salad bar is to die for and the food is GREAT. People, seriously, this is a buffet, not a 5 star resturaunt. For the person who complained about a dirty diaper in the parking lot? Great Breakfast Buffet – We live in Marble Falls TX and play softball we always look forward to coming to Round Rock for tournaments in fact we've been known to get up an hour early just to enjoy the breakfast buffet before a game we have also enjoyed the evening buffet after games the food and selection have always been good and the service has always been exceptional Our young softball players especially like John the chef at the omelet station who always takes the time to make them feel special thanks to the staff who alw... read more
Won't go back! – My husband and I ate here once. Many tables were full with customers and others had not been bused yet. Therefore, we could not find a table to sit at. We were going to leave, but the manager quickly "found" us a table. However, most of the buffet items did NOT taste good and the restaurant wasn't very clean. The service was really slow as well. Dirty – This is one of the worst places I have eaten. Selection was bad, Service was bad, Restrooms were dirty to the point that I would not even use it. Worse than a truck stop bathroom or even better a home depo bathroom. FILTHY
Good Steaks and Salad.. – Their prices keep going up and I think they should include the tea/soda in that price but other than that.. the food is pretty good. We like the steaks and the salad bar is good. Sometimes the hot food bar can be rather weird.. steamed cabbage or collard greens?? lol We just go for the meat and salad. Their restrooms could use a more careful eye too.
